I am grateful that we have the ceiling painted downstairs! We found out the hard way that rolling it does not work! The popcorn texture just peels off. So we bought a paint sprayer and hung plastic and tackled the job. It was hard...paint in the eyes, paint gunked up in the intake screen that made the sprayer not work, tired arms from carrying the sprayer AND a gallon of paint all around the room. So my honey deserves a GOLD star for all his hard work! It's done and now we can move on to putting some cream color on the walls! Carpet comes Thursday!
The boys had fun playing in their new "hideout" created by the plastic hung over the doors in the hallway. :-)
