I am grateful for green chiles! We really learned to love them living in Pueblo, CO, so we try to keep ourselves supplied with them even in the land of Oz! We brought these home with us from our Thanksgiving trip to CO (a friend bought them in Sept. and froze them for us) and so today I am laying them on pans to freeze them individually...then bagging them up to use as needed! Yum! Yum!
