I am grateful today for a delightful summertime meal of hamburgers, corn on the cob, fresh garden beans, and grilled potatoes. Sounds like a meal for the 4th, doesn't it? Well, we would've, except for a slight problem with the grill ending up with no propane as we went to start it up last night to grill the burgers. And of course, every store is out of it! But our 4th of July celebration didn't lack for anything and what's the big deal if the burgers are a day late? They were still yummy! Thanks for grilling, honey! :-)
